Armies.co (trading as ARMIES.CO) takes your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and share personal information in the course of our business activities. Definition of terms

To ensure uniform understanding of these terms, we’ve put together a small list of definitions.

Account: Your individual profile, created after registering for the Service and your portal for using the Platform.
Agreement: By creating an Account in Armies.co , you enter a non-exclusive licensing agreement governed by the conditions set forth in the Terms of Use.
Armies.co That’s us. We are a limited liability company seated in Gdansk, Poland, EU, entered into the register of the National Court Register by the District Court for Gdansk, under KRS number 221315822.

Listing This is what Armies.co  creates. It’s a database record that contains information about the organization/company, event, or products through use of the Armies.co  web application.
Moderation Listings must be moderated by Armies.co  before they are published. Analysis of the contents of every listing is done in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Personal data All subscriber and listing data imported into Armies.co and meeting the definitions set by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
Program This is where you access the database; submit your listings, signup for newsletter. It is a website online at Armies.co, accessible through web browsers (it does not need to be installed on your computer).
Price List The Armies.co service in general is fee-based and the rules of payment along with a list of prices for various services can be found on the Platform.
Privacy Policy Protecting your privacy is our highest priority and our Privacy Policy is a collection of all the rules and practices that govern the collection and storage of personal data. You can read our Privacy Policy here.
Subscribers The people you send your message to. These are the people whose email addresses will be imported into the Platform.
Terms of Use You’re reading it now. This is a document in which we have defined the terms and conditions for payable use of the Service and the Program.
User That’s you. The person who opens an Account and uses Armies.co  in accordance with its Terms of Use and for the purposes of utilizing Platform functionality

The Armies.co entity responsible for your personal information will be the member of Armies.co that originally collects information from or about you. There may be separate or additional applicable privacy notices made available when your personal information is first collected by that Armies.co entity, for example, where you purchase an Armies.co product or service from us.

You do not have to provide your personal information to us, but if you do not provide certain information we will only be able to provide limited products and services to you. For example, where you refuse to provide mandatory travel information, we will not be able to transport you.

Personal information we collect and use for legal, compliance, regulatory and crime detection and prevention purposes

We process your personal information so that we can meet our legal, compliance and regulatory obligations, for legal purposes, such as to respond to a valid legal claim, summons or regulatory order, and to protect our property, rights and interests as well as the property, rights and interest of other persons.

We also process your personal information for crime prevention and detection purposes, including the prevention of fraud for online payments, for identity verification, for credit checking and credit scoring purposes and accounting or audit purposes. If you visit one of our local offices, retail centres or other properties, you may be monitored by closed circuit television for security purposes. The social media Platform will not identify you or share other personal information in your social media account to us.

We may contact you by email, SMS/text, social media, or through other communication channels that we think you may find helpful.
